HyperSynes international co.,Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our") operates the hypersynes.com website and the The GrillAid mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

LOCATION DATA

 

GrillAid APP requires Bluetooth function to connect to Bluetooth grill thermometers, but in some smart phone operating systems, Bluetooth is related to indoor positioning. Please be aware that it is not about your home address or your GPS location.

We will not store information about your location  even if you give us permission to do so ("Location Data").  

If You disable location services, the Bluetooth grill thermometers can not be connected.

 

USE OF DATA

hypersynes uses the collected data for various purposes:

· To notify you about changes to our Service

· To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so

· To provide customer support

· To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service

DISCLOSURE OF DATA

In order to provide you with one-click sharing service, our App has integrated Umeng+  U-Share SDK , which will collect your device identifiable information (such as IMEI/android ID/IDFA, etc.) and public information of social account in order to share information with social account. For your information security, we have made data security confidentiality agreements with Umeng+, who will strictly abide by our data privacy and security requirements. BUSINESS TRANSACTION

 

If Hypersynes is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
